Shipping costs within Germany:
5,90 Euro - number of parcels and weight is unlimited.
Shipping costs within Europe:
6,90 Euro - from 0 kg to 10 kg total weight.
For orders higher than 10 kg total weight per parcel; ask for shipping costs in the EU
Shipping costs to Switzerland:
9.90 euros - from 0 kg to 10 kg total weight.
Where is my parcel?
You will find a link to shipment tracking (tracking link of the logistics partner) with every shipping confirmation that we send when you create the shipping data. You can check the shipment information for your parcels on the following page:

This way you will always be informed about the progress of your parcel.
What are the shipping times or delivery times?
The following standard delivery times apply to your order:

The stated delivery times are non-binding and may vary slightly. As a rule, we ship within 24 hours. Our shipped parcels are all insured with DHL (up to 500.- Euro).
Can you send urgent products faster?
The delivery times of our nappy cakes can always be found with the respective articles (below the article description and the price information). We always try to find a solution for very urgent orders!

Can I have the nappy cake gift-wrapped?
Our shipping costs for nappy cakes already include the gift wrapping.
All our nappy cakes are wrapped in cellophane foil, with a matching gift ribbon,
and are therefore already gift-wrapped and sent to you or to the delivery address of your choice.
